Meet Jason Gauna
With over 15 years of experience in Michigan’s healthcare and senior living industry, Jason has dedicated his career to helping families navigate the complexities of care transitions. From leading regional home health & hospice teams to serving as a VP for assisted living properties, he brings a deep insider perspective to every family he serves.
Jason’s commitment to seniors extends beyond his professional work. He was a longtime leader with the Alzheimer’s Association and a founding board member of the Greater Lansing Care Foundation, where he chairs the Driving for Dementia golf outing.
When he isn’t charting a course for his clients, Jason is likely traveling with his family, cheering on local sports, or working on his swing at the golf course. He believes that while the healthcare journey can be difficult, no one should have to navigate it without a trusted guide..
